News Flash! The Rest of COPS Serial Just May Be Released

Well, it’s been a long time since anyone posted any news here, but here is an early Christmas gift for all you COPS fans – sort of.

According to the latest thread started by our newest forum member Firefly today, there is a glimmer of hope to have the rest of the series released. This comes with an announcement from Shout! Factory that the company will have some direct-to-consumer releases of animated serials such as “The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Volume 3,” and some others.

In quoting Shout! Factory DVD executive Brian Ward: “I’ll say this much: the chances are exponentially better than they were prior to this release strategy.”

In the meantime, there is a thread on the Shout! Factory community boards relating to this issue. This is a dream come true for COPS fans who have been waiting almost three years (maybe we will have to wait even longer.)
